3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a ph350 Account or use any ph350 gaming services. 3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one ph350 Account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph350 may, at its sole discretion, close duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds, including winnings, held therein.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph350 is not liable for losses resulting from your provision of inaccurate information.
3.4 Verification. ph350 may, at any time, require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Withdrawals may be withheld until satisfactory verification is completed.
3.5 Territorial Restrictions. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is solely your responsibility.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph350 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify ph350 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. ph350 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
4.3 ph350 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Enabling 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number for each login from a new device.
4.4 ph350 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account if we have reasonable grounds to suspect it has been compromised or is being accessed by an unauthorised party.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the ph350 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is ₱50. ph350 does not charge fees on standard GCash and PayMaya deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own fees.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.
5.4 KYC Prior to Withdrawal. All Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before a first withdrawal is processed. ph350 may request additional verification at any time as required by applicable regulations or internal risk procedures.
5.5 Withdrawal to Source of Funds. ph350 applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
5.6 ph350 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited into a ph350 Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
6.1 ph350 offers various promotions, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
6.3 ph350 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if it suspects misuse, if a technical error has affected the promotion, or if applicable regulations require modification.
6.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash except upon satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited and their account may be suspended.

7.2 Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels) operated by licensed studio staff. Game sessions are recorded and logs are retained for dispute resolution purposes.
7.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ph350 will attempt to restore the game to its correct state using server-side records. If restoration is not possible, the affected stake will be refunded to the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph350 Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

10.1 All content on the ph350 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game content, text, and layout — is the intellectual property of ph350 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any ph350 content without prior written permission.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph350 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.
11.2 ph350's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds deposited by you in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ph350 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary interruptions. ph350 is not liable for losses attributable to such interruptions.
12.1 ph350 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or voluntary closure at the Player's request.
12.2 Upon termination, any remaining Player Funds (excluding forfeited bonus credits) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding chargebacks or fraud investigations are pending.
12.3 You may close your ph350 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of closure.
ph350 processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ph350.one/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph350 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
ph350 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered Players via email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or regulation. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to ph350 customer support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or competent court with jurisdiction.
