8.3 Game session logs and responsible gaming records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years to support regulatory reporting and dispute resolution.

8.4 Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of the consent period and for one (1) year following opt-out, for compliance documentation purposes.

8.5 Where data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, ph350 will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with data minimisation principles.

11. Children's Privacy

The ph350 Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 years, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. ph350 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. If ph350 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21, such data will be deleted promptly and the associated Account will be closed. If you believe a minor has registered on ph350, please notify us immediately via customer support.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ph350 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this Policy. Continued use of the ph350 Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
